Since 1998, the Chief Executive Officers and Chief Administrative Officers of the nine publicly funded organizations in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, County of Lambton and City of Sarnia have met on a regular basis to discuss way  and means to reduce costs and avoid duplication wherever possible.
